SummaryAs the Water / Wastewater Senior Project Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead the firm's water / wastewater efforts in the region. You will be a seller/doer who enjoys building relationships with municipal clients and helping them move projects forward. You will be joining a firm with a strong water / wastewater backlog and have the opportunity to work with existing staff as well as develop your own team. You will be expected to lead by example, be professionally respected, be an excellent communicator, possess an understanding of water / wastewater principles, and catch McGill's vision of shaping communities together. Responsibilities will include design, cost estimates, technical reports, specifications, and coordination of design and production activities, as well as client communication on a regular basis. Projects will include treatment facility planning and design, raw water intakes, water distribution lines, booster pump station design, regional water planning, water system mapping and management plans, life station design, sanitary sewer system planning and design, asset management planning, and a variety of permitting.Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in water / wastewater design, including 3+ years experience managing engineering projects and/or personnel.
• NC PE license or the ability to become licensed within 6 months of hire.
