Meeting the Window Nation Team!Reporting to the Regional Director, Installation Services, our Branch Manager, Installation Services oversees the entirety of their branch's installation program. The Branch Manager is responsible for pipeline management, inventory efficiency, expense control, staff development, best practices and SOP implementation and execution, change management and customer experienceCore Role ResponsibilitiesLead, develop and manage direct reports; create a culture routed in impeccable customer support and a drive for resultsInspire excellence; embody our Core ValuesRecruit, onboard, and manage high performance technicians and installers/installer crews; maintain appropriate staff levels based on pipeline indicatorsDeliver on branch margin and profitability targets; recommend, implement, and monitor actions to increase revenue generation and profitabilityManage branch expenditures within budget guidelinesAnalytically review branch data and information; provide and execute on solutions when neededMaintain positive customer relationships; identify, monitor, and manage customer service standardsCollaborate with the regional team to identify, develop, and implement best practices and SOPsOther duties as assignedBasic Qualifications7+ years of service industry experience; experience with service and installation programming preferredMinimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experienceDriving record that meets company's insurance standardsPreferred QualificationsPost-secondary education in Business Management or related fieldEvidence of continuing education in leadership and business managementAbility to accurately measure the dimensions and determine installation processes for windows and doorsKnowledge of applicable building codes and construction techniquesPrevious work experience recruiting independent contractorsHigh proficiency-level in Microsoft Office SuiteExpertise in CRMs; Salesforce or MS Dynamics experience a plusDemonstrated success in deadline-driven and high-pressure environmentsWindow Nation cultivates a culture of inclusion that respects our employees' individual strengths, views, and experiences.
