Job DescriptionWorking closely with Supply Chain and Design
Engineering teams, will be responsible for leading the supply chain
product lifecycle activities. Concurrently will lead complex cross
functional strategic projects and improvement initiatives.Supports
Product Lifecycle activities to include Bill of Material (BOM)
management; New Product Introduction (NPI) activities; material
transitions; and End of Life (EOL) management as demonstrated by
key activities in each of these areas. Can manage through the
pressure associated with mission critical programs; have detailed
organization techniques to manage multiple, concurrent complex
programs; and strong relationship building skills to enable
effective influencing and results. Can deliver succinct, impactful
and professional communication at all levels of the organization.
Works collaboratively builds reciprocal relationships with
different parts of the business, partners and customers. Enhances
Oracles competitive advantage by using insight gained across
organizational boundaries to inform future practices and increase
synergies. Demonstrates leadership by motivating and inspiring
others to align their actions with the larger organizational goals.
Copes with complexity as demonstrated by the ability to anticipate

buy-in for initiatives from key stakeholders. Prefer 8 years
relevant experience and BA/BS degree.ResponsibilitiesThe Operations
Program Manager is responsible for managing all activity to launch
and sustain products for the Oracle supply chain (SCO)
organization. This ownership and management include activities for
Oracle HW systems including New Product Introduction (NPI) and
sustaining activities such as changes and maintenance to product as
the market evolves. The role provides the key interface to Hardware
Engineering, Software Engineering, and all Supply Chain Operations
functions which support the cross functional Product Team. The
primary focus is managing Operations led activities, including
compliance with all product lifecycle requirements, production
(factory) readiness activities and product road map specifications
by leading an Operations Team of engineers, planners, material
specialists and suppliers/external manufacturers (EM). Activities
include, but are not limited to BOM definition, material
positioning strategies, production continuity, factory
infrastructure/tooling provisioning, capacity planning, forecast
planning, process definition, schedule planning and execution,
change management, weekly management reviews and risk assessment
and mitigation.Specific Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage the factory and manufacturing qualification
process of new hardware, software components and complete
systems
- Oversee the planning, development, implementation and
maintenance of product plans and processes for new and existing
products. Adjusts to business plans and product roadmap
changes.
- Evaluating factory and supply chain readiness to support new
product releases
- Prioritization of program activities (including qualifications)
to meet orders and customers expectations
- Manage decisions on impacts of line disruptions and quality
events and determines when escalation to management is
appropriate
- Ensure effective communication of business-related product and
program issues between teams on-site at our External Manufacturing
Partners and Oracle offices worldwide
- Manage Product BOMs and the release process
- Manage product End Of Life (EOL) activities including Last Time
Buys (LTB) of materials
- Manage to a budget while complying with Oracle policies.
Including tooling, test capital, infrastructure to meet production
capacity requirements
- Last time buy of components where business impact is material
(ongoing supply and capital outlay)
- Supply chain stop-ship or purge activity
- Recommendations to management for replacement of Oracle-owned
test capital and tooling wear out/replacement at the
supplier/EMRequired Skills and education:
- BS degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or related field
- 7+ years relevant experience in Program Management, Supply
Chain Operations or managing cross functional projects bringing
product to market
- Proven track record in leading cross functional geographically
diverse teams
- Understanding of product life cycle phases and technical
product content.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Knowledge and understanding of planning and forecasting is a
plus
- Self-motivated with the ability to deal with a high degree of
ambiguity in a fast paced environment
- Effective leadership and team working skills
- Proficient with office desktop productivity tools
(spreadsheets, presentations)
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work independently on
complex assignments
- Experience with Oracle Fusion tools is highly desirableRange

$214,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.Colorado
Pay Range: from $101,400 to $193,400 per annum. May be eligible for
bonus and equity.New York City Pay Range: from $101,400 to $204,200
per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.Washington Pay
Range: from $113,400 to $204,200 per annum. May be eligible for
