US-NC-Raleigh, USA None, None, NY, 99999, USA Description Job Summary: The SPM Marketing is accountable for the execution of HCP, patient, and payer/pull-through marketing tactics to achieve short- and long-term abaloparatide franchise goals. This person will work directly with a Director/Associate Director to implement, monitor and measure personal and non-personal promotional campaigns. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and project coordination to effectively plan and execute brand and cross-functional initiatives in partnership with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market and Patient Access, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance and external vendor/agency partners. In this role, the SPM will execute promotional initiatives, providing strategic oversight of stakeholders while leveraging approved investments and budgets. The SPM will also contribute to strategic brand planning and liaise with key internal stakeholders to achieve Abaloparatide strategic and financial goals. Essential Responsibilities:

  • Partner with integrated Abaloparatide team to provide input into and align with Abaloparatide franchise strategy and tactical plans
  • Accumulates in-depth knowledge of the osteoporosis market, payer landscape, competition, and deep understanding of the Abaloparatide labeling, messaging, and data via market research and analytics to develop or optimize HCP/Payer initiatives
  • Execute HCP and Patient promotional programs for Abaloparatide ensuring consistency across end users
  • Manage and execute tactical plan and budget required to achieve the business and marketing stated objectives
  • Cultivate relationships with customers and coordinates regular customer touch points (field sales, HCP/KOL, patient access programs, professional associations, and congresses) to integrate real time customer feedback and learning's into HCP, Patient and Payer efforts
  • Work collaboratively with internal/external stakeholders on peer-to-peer education, sales training, patient, and pull-through initiatives, while optimizing resources and budget
  • Contribute to the attainment of the commercial goals and objectives
  • Partner with Regulatory, Medical, Legal and Compliance through the development and approval promotional materials to ensure all are held to the highest standards
    Experience and Qualifications:

    • 5+ years in commercial roles - sales, training, marketing, market access, market research, pharma agency and/or sales experience
    • 3+ years of product management in the bio-pharmaceutical industry
    • Strong communication skills - written and verbal
    • Professionalism and high integrity with ability to lead by example
    • Understanding of current legal, regulatory and compliance standards
    • Demonstrates a track record of strong performance, innovative thinking, and an entrepreneurial mindset
    • Bachelor's Degree in life sciences, medical, engineering, marketing, or business-related field
    • MBA or advanced healthcare-related degree preferred
    • Ability/willingness to travel: 30%
