JOB FUNCTIONSCreating long- and short-term plans, including setting
targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines and allocating
resourcesDelegating tasks on the project to employees best
positioned to complete themIdentifying and managing potential risks
and liabilities of multiple projectsAssisting in the definition of
project scope and goalsMaking effective decisions when presented
with multiple options for how to progress with the projectServing
as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to
the same project to ensure team actions remain in
synergyCommunicating with executives to keep the project aligned
with their goalsPerforming quality control on the project
throughout development to maintain the standards expectedAdjusting
schedules and targets on the project as neededMotivating people
involved in the project to complete tasks on timePerform risk
assessments to develop response strategiesSubmit project
deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standardsMonitor the
performance of project team members, providing and documenting
performance feedbackConfer with project personnel to identify and
resolve problemsAssess current or future customer needs and
priorities through communicating directly with customers,
conducting surveys, or other methodsSchedule and facilitate
meetings related to information technology projectsMonitor or track
project milestones and deliverablesNegotiate with project

combination of education, training and experience will be
considered.Bachelor's Degree in management, business or a related
field2+ years' professional experience in an Enterprise Software
company or equivalent3+ years industry knowledgeKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS
AND ABILITIESKnowledge, skills and abilities which may be
