POSITION SUMMARY
A HR Division Manager over sees the administration of Human Resources policies, procedures, and programs across a set geographical area. The HR Division Manager carries out Human Resources responsibilities in the areas of staffing, organizational development, compliance, and training. This is a remote position and would require working from home when not traveling.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
--- Recruit and staff multiple client sites in a geographic area. This includes staffing for new plant startups as well as ongoing turnover management.
--- Implement, assess, and monitor the Employee Retention Program for employees in their first 30 days.
--- Maintain open communication with all managers and employees in the Division. Manage concerns and questions that come from the field and office staff. Provide guidance to managers regarding Human Resources competencies.
--- Perform investigations at the plant level to solve issues and concerns by customers and employees. Make sure all issues are followed up with and a resolution is reached.
--- Advise the Division on hiring practices to comply with Federal and State laws.
--- Advise and assist implementing policies and programs across the Divisional geographic area.
--- Interview potential candidates for Division managerial positions. These interviews may be in person or over the phone.
--- Network with local non-profits, workforce centers, and other resources to ensure PSSI has a substantial number of applicants to choose from at each location.
--- Support the Division with individual plant needs, make strategic plans to solve Division and plant issues.
--- This position requires compliance with company policies and procedures. Specific goals and expectations will be established on an annual basis and continually measured in the following categories:
o Reduction in turnover rate.
o Reduction in legal issues.
o Improvements in training and awareness.
o Improvements in employee relations.
--- Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 5 years' Human Resources experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
