A marketing solutions company is filling a position for a Sales
Development Director.
Must be able to:
Coach, manage and build a team of SDRs
Work with Mid Market accounts across all industries in North
America to drive new business opportunities
Help create and iterate on processes to accelerate onboarding
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
3+ years experience in Sales Development Management
3+ years experience working in a high-growth B2B SaaS company in
the SDR role
Strong foundation with SDR processes, and KPIs
Excellent communication skills, ability to build relationships and
work cross-functionally
Background of hiring, training, and enabling SDR with strong
performance management skills
Excellent ability to identify and resolve problems in SDR
processes
