Job Summary
Were looking for an experienced marketer that will actively manage our email program. Youll work on managing the execution of our email strategy for our DiscountMugs and Branders businesses; managing the schedule of our campaigns, owning and understanding our subscriber list, and measuring the results of our email communications. Youll be expected to help us maintain our list, target subscribers with relevant content, create marketing automation series, improve our campaigns with every send, and, most importantly, help us increase sales. You will manage the relationship with our ESP.
The right candidate has experience sending marketing campaigns through an email service provider. Also the eventual manager will be highly analytical and responsible wanting to truly understand the email channel as a communication asset he will understand what to expect for normal communications and when to react when things go differently than expected. They know about email marketing best practices and spam laws. Theyre a multitasker who realizes the power of the segmentation and messaging capabilities of ESPs, the creative side of the layout and offers, as well as the analytics of email. The manager will report to the Director of CRM and work with creative support to generate responsive and relevant email marketing messaging.
Responsibilities 2 to 3 years experience in call center quality role 4 to 5 years call center experience Associates degree or higher in related field or equivalent experience in customer services delivery industry Demonstrated objectivity, professionalism, flexibility & maturity while providing constructive feedback Exceptional listening and analytical skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to maintain confidentiality Organized and able to multi-task Flexible and ready to work in a dynamic environment Professional, proactive and solution-oriented Ability to work independently Ability to work in virtual team environment Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and web-based applications Demonstrated ability to build and maintain good working relationships with colleagues Good analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills Attention to detail and ability to multi-task Knowledge around SLAs, KPIs from service level and sales perspective Fluent in Spanish a plus Desired experience coaching and calibrating agent calls using QA software (Call Miner or other QA tools)by Jobble
