Consumer Lending serves customers across the country through our distribution network of more than 5,300 retail banking branches and Home Lending offices, as well as online and digital channels.Wells Fargo Auto is seeking a manager for the Dealer Oversight team which is responsible for holistic risk management of the portfolio of retail auto dealer relationships.-- This manager will lead a team responsible for risk monitoring, analytics, oversight and development of strategies and actions to manage and mitigate the risk of dealer relationships. --This manager will work across sales, risk, control and legal teams in managing that risk.--Specific duties for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Manages and directs teams on strategy and execution of activities associated with the Dealer Oversight program.
  • Manage and drive continuous improvement of the dealer risk monitoring program.
  • Manage issue identification, root cause analysis and development of actions to mitigate risk for WF and our customers.
  • Utilize data and drive analytics to proactively manage risk.
  • Building strong partnerships and collaborate effectively with business partners.
  • Coordinate production of monthly and ad-hoc program and risk performance reporting for senior management.
  • Develop executive-level presentations and other informational materials to be used in committees, councils, and regulatory meetings.Required locations listed on job posting. --Relocation assistance is not available for this position.As an Employee Manager, you are expected to achieve success by leading yourself, your team, and the business.       • 6+ year of experience in one or a combination of the following: business support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning
      • 3+ years of management experienceDesired Qualifications
        • Ability to provide leadership by coaching, training, and mentoring
        • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
        • Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
        • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
        • Credit risk experience
        • Ability to create and improve process through strategic thinkingOther Desired Qualifications
          • Strong knowledge and experience in risk management practice
          • Proven strategic, analytic, and problem-solving experience--
          • Strong interpersonal, influence & communication skills with an ability to interact effectively with a variety of contacts, to include virtual leadership experience and the ability to effectively manage and build relationships within the business
          • Ability to develop risk reporting and perform complex data analysis
          • Develop presentations and materials for senior leaders with effectiveness across a wide range of audiences, with demonstrated ability to draw insights and conclusions and to tie those insights into a cohesive story/executive presentation
          • Dealer or Third Party Oversight experience
          • Knowledge and understanding of consumer lendingJob Expectations
