Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Transition Integration Manager you will be responsible for the
following:Coordinating any major transitions within the company,
such as financial, technological, operational, and governance
Analyzing any internal requests for changes and consulting with
management to deny or approve the proposed changes.
Creating transitional / Transformation plans and documents to
outline project expectations, scope, schedule, and budget
Conducting workshops to provide staff members with information on
any major changes in the company, such as new financial protocols
Ensuring that transitions are planned and carried out in a timely
manner and within budget.
Keeping all parties involved with the transition updated on its
Spotting any transition-related issues and creating effective
solutions to resolve them swiftly.
Providing company-wide guidance during unplanned changes, such as
the passing of a senior employee.
Act as a Change agent during execution of program
If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the anticipated
compensation range for the position is $113,000 to $174,000 and is
based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary
depending on your job-related skills and experience. For part time
roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Expertise in project management, as well as transition
documentation, tools, and templates.
Commercial/Financial acumen - Budgets vs. spend
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
