In this role, you'll be responsible for leading Red Hat's go-to-market strategy development and cross-functional interlock process. You'll work closely with the leaders across our products, sales, marketing, and finance teams to develop a transformational go-to-market plan that is with aligned priorities and objectives. You'll also be involved in the fiscal year financial planning and forecast processes. Successful applicants must reside in a state where Red Hat is registered to do business. Primary job responsibilities
                • Lead the annual go-to-market strategy development and interlock process including aligning the sales strategy with cross-functional priorities
                • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into actionable objectives with aligned KPIs
                • Communicate with global and geo sales operations and finance leaders to align timelines and tasks
                • Evolve customer segmentation models to maximize cross-functional alignment
                • Manage opportunity, industry, and competitor analyses to inform strategic business decisions Required skills
                  • 10-15 years of equivalent experience in strategy or sales operations in a high growth technology company
                  • Expert collaboration skills and ability to influence without authority; willingness to consider diverse deas
                  • Exceptional business acumen and demonstrated success in leading large initiatives
                  • Excellent executive presence that inspires confidence through excellent written and verbal communications
