The SugarCRM products group has an immediate opening for a Director of Product Management to lead our Sugar Serve team. Responsibilities include delivering best-in-class products to our customers. You must be innovative and strategic yet comfortable with driving execution. The role reports to our SVP of Product. Impact you will make in the role:

• Define and evolve the product vision, strategy and roadmap
• Design, document and present business cases cases.
• Inspire the team to deliver on product roadmaps bringing new products and outcomes to the market
• Implement best-in-class product management practices
• Leverage market insight, data and customer feedback to optimize the product suite
• Develop and monitor product KPIs, metrics and feedback into the business through dashboards
• Analyze market trends and performance drivers to identify new product and growth opportunities and present product-related updates for different levels in the organization
• Participate in trade shows, demos, customer meetings and conferences to evangelize our products
• Support the sales team with product information, messaging and positioning
• Participate in the creation and evolution of marketing and sales tools
• Identify potential partners or complementary solutions that may benefit the product What you will need to succeed:
  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management with 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Experience with product support and field service management
  • Experience in customer relationship management and customer experience management
  • Direct experience managing product managers in a B2B setting
  • A great presentation style, teamwork, and communication skills are a must
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging analytics to define product direction
  • Strong product management skills, including but not limited to - roadmap, business case, prioritization, negotiation and obtaining consensus
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience working closely with technical members of staff
  • Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to get involved directly when needed
  • Ability to interact with partners, customers and staff in a professional and polished manner
