We're seeking a Strategic Initiative Leader to handle multiple
cross-functional processes that support the overall performance of
the Integrated Services of Americas (ISA) Operations organization.
You will be responsible for ongoing management and the continuous
improvement of the processes.
- Own and coordinate cross-functional ISA Operations processes
related to Third Party Risk Management, Records Retention, and
Internal Affiliate Agreements.
- Map current state processes, conduct maturity assessments of
existing processes, and close gaps over time.
- Partner with division directors to execute processes and gather
feedback to identify, recommend, and make improvements.
- Develop process metrics and reporting to ensure transparency of

- May lead a small group of direct reports. Qualifications:
- Experience in financial services preferred
- Six sigma certification and/or demonstrated application and
understanding of six sigma tools for process-re-engineering in the
financial services industry
- Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Experience using SharePoint and Microsoft Project desired
- Priority setting, problem solving, negotiating, and conflict
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Business preferred The
