available in Knightdale, NorthCarolina: Sr Manager- Strategic
Marketing:-- What do you get to do in this position?
- Lead the Strategic Planning activities for theregional arm for
a division within the Energy management business.
- Align and closely cooperate with variousstrategy functions
within the organization to develop the business strategy,market
trends, competitive intelligence, go-to-market strategy and
recommendingactions based on market trends and market shares.
- Responsible for working with multiple marketingapplication
groups and consulting them on their analysis of the
offer'splacement, pricing, promotion, business model and
- Work on special projects that will explore themarket size,
go-to-market strategy, new business models, business potential
fornew product or solution ideas being explored.
- Work closely with the Global StrategicInfluencing function
including technical standardization and Industrial
&Governmental affairs, to strengthen the role division around
new market trendswith regards to Digital, IoT, Automation,
Electrical distribution and EnergyManagement.
- Act as a thought partner for senior leaders ofthe Business Unit
who seek input on key strategic and acquisitions decisions.
- Lead strategic studies and/or initiatives uponrequest.
- Responsible for managing the Innovation systemto ensure new
ideas are being developed across the organization and being fedinto
the business pipeline.
- Develop marketing excellence within the regionfor the division
and align efforts with divisional strategy team. Travel
Requirements: 25% domestic andinternational travel to interface
with teams and customers.

for you if: REQUIREMENTS:-- This position requires a Master's
degree in Business Administration or related field and 5years of
work experience in technical marketing on Industrial Internet
ofThings. This position also requires 5 years of work experience
- Reviewing, researching, and analyzing market
- Applying technical engineering knowledge to identify needs
around connected devices in customer specific applications;
- Developing business strategy including go-to-market, new
business models, and innovation. This position is covered by our
