Over time, we will need to train key team members in change management best practices so that our leaders are able to create and implement strategies and plans to maximize team member adoption, thereby enabling and accelerating the impact of our many initiatives. This person will focus on the people side of change - including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The Change Management Leader will work in concert with project management team members to drive desired results through faster adoption, higher utilization, and greater proficiency with changes that impact team members.The Change Management Leader will excel at leadership through influence, working through many others in the organization to drive success. They will act as a coach for senior leaders, helping them fulfill their roles as change sponsor within their spheres of responsibility. In addition, he/she will provide direct support and coaching to frontline leaders as they help their direct reports through transitions, and support project teams in integrating change management activities into their plans.Responsibilities:

• Apply a disciplined methodology and lead change management activities
• Assess the change impact
• Complete change management assessments
• Create change management strategy
• Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics
• Identify and manage anticipated resistance
• Consult and coach project teams to ensure resource allocation and implementation plans are in place
• Support communication efforts
• Support training efforts
• Support and engage leaders at all levels
• Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
• Coordinate efforts with other specialists
• Integrate change management activities into project plan
• Evaluate and ensure user readiness
• Manage stakeholders
• Track and report issues
• Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
• Support change management at the organizational level
• Manage the portfolio and change load Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Business or other related field
  • 5+ years' progressive change management experience
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools - experience with Prosci ADKAR Model is a plus
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
  • Change management certification or designation desired - Prosci Certification a plus
  • Manufacturing and/or operations experience preferredThe following skills/competencies will differentiate top candidates:
