Position : : MES Systems Integration Project Manager (644250) Location : Raleigh NC Duration : Long term . Work Authorisation : Open for all , locals preferred. Client :State of NC Below are the required skills :

• Knowledge of Enterprise IT Systems and related State/Federal procurement, compliance, and contracting policies (Required 7 years of experience)
  • Project management experience supporting and managing date-to-day vendor and contract activities to ensure that the project meets milestones (Required 7 years of experience)
  • Has an understanding of CMS Seven Standards and Conditions and Medicaid programs ( Highly desired)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects, function in a fast-paced moving constantly changing, deadline driven environment (Required 7 years of experience)
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Adobe software (Required 7 years of experience)
  • Skills in persuasion, negotiation, relationship management, conflict resolution, and effective oral and written communication at all levels (Required 7 years of experience)
  • Solid work experience managing implementation projects in the healthcare or related arena working with multiple stakeholders (Required 7 years of experience)
  • Solid work experience managing projects implementing healthcare or related systems including applicable data transmission and interface requirements (Required 7 years of experience)
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) or Certified Product Owner (CPO) (Highly desired)
  • Knowledge of the Medicaid Program or Health IT systems experience (Highly desired) - provided by Dice
