Day-to-day, that means you---ll manage the Employee Communications team. You---ll collaborate with colleagues across the company to develop communications strategies and tactical plans, create content, and manage key global communication channels. You---ll report to the Senior Director of Executive and Employee Communications within the Corporate Communications team, and your audience is your 9,000 colleagues around the globe.About youYou like to be at the center of the action, supporting internal communications campaigns about nearly every part of the employee experience. You---re a service-oriented and savvy consultant who can help colleagues understand audiences, messaging, channels, and how to measure success. You---re comfortable working---and writing---with speed and urgency, but also know how to build and project manage a thoughtful communication plan. You learn something new and have fun every day.ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, develop, and strengthen the Employee Communications team, and manage agency partners.Develop strategic communication plans for key internal campaigns.Create communications deliverables---presentations, articles, emails, videos, etc.Guide our internal channel strategy, test new channels, and reinvigorate existing ones.Drive best practices among internal communicators.Represent our brand and values.Use employee insights and listening to inform your communications approach.Stay current on trends and best practices for engaging employees.Measure the success of communication programs and identify and share learnings.Basic qualificationsBachelor---s degree in communications, marketing, journalism or related field or equivalent practical experienceAt least 5 years--- experience in employee communications, corporate communications, and/or journalismCan deliver clear and compelling content in many forms---written, visual, verbal, video, etc.---and in both peer-to-peer and executive voicePeople management experiencePreferred qualificationsCommitment to delivering an exceptional employee experience through communicationsAbility to deliver content appropriate for the full suite of communications tools and channelsStrong consulting skills and effectiveness leading through influenceBusiness savvy, specifically for a global, public, technology companyProject managementChange management experienceGrowth mindsetCrisis communications experienceNot frightened by complexity or ambiguityReady to join a fun, essential, distributed teamLI-KG1What you---re looking for:Our technology is built on the idea that everyone should be able to work from anywhere, at any time, and on any device.
