The location is in the Raleigh, NC region . This plant is a high growth site and the employer of choice in that region with a great work environment!!This position supports Engineering, Capital Projects, and Maintenance. They support the capital process including short- and long-range capital plans, annual capital budgets and ongoing administration of capital projects. Identify and implement projects and programs to improve the overall competitive position of the facility. They are responsible for developing and capital plans, sourcing and obtaining quotes on equipment, working with operations to and executing the project to plan.Job Requirements:It will be important to have the following:* Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or related field, preferred or equivalent work experience* Extensive leadership experience and strong teaming abilities* Excellent problem-solving skills* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred* Must have the ability to lead teams and motive others to accomplish defined goals.
