commercial transactions.Job DescriptionDRUCKER FALKMarketing
Director of the Southeast RegionDrucker Falk is seeking a seasoned
Marketing Director. The Marketing Director will support Drucker
Falk by enhancing the revenue of properties through effective brand
and property marketing. The Director of Marketing acts as an
advisor to the business delivering impactful and meaningful
programs, campaigns and communication strategies that position
Drucker Falk and its managed properties as a market
leader.Multifamily industry experience or agency experience working
with real estate clients is required.Essential Duties and
Responsibilities include the following: Oversee & develop Marketing
Department and Managers to provide ongoing support, tools and
guidance in marketing efforts in order to meet and or succeed
community occupancy and income goals. Understand unique marketing
needs of each property and/or owner and deliver marketing programs
and materials that meet expectations of all stakeholders.Drive
properties--- performance by leading all marketing efforts. Oversee
& develop community level marketing solutions to include Web,
Social Media, Graphic Design, Situational Marketing Campaigns and
Branding services to set brands apart from competitors Oversee &
develop a New Acquisitions-On-Boarding Program and processes as it
relates to marketing for communities. Develop and direct marketing
training and coaching program to support communities---
initiativesAnalyze, monitor, and manage Marketing Reporting,
Services & Products relevant to the overall marketing success.
Provide ongoing support to community as needed. Create & coordinate
effective sales collateral, presentations, and other materials for
new business development.Skills and Attributes Knowledge of HTML
Web 2.0 technologies and applications, SEO, SEM, and interactive
marketing experience is required. Experience in graphic design or
web interface design.Experience in Social Media Strategy, Video
production, and various visual demonstration technologies. Ability
to coordinate with internal and external groups. Must possess
excellent written and oral communication skills. Must possess
enthusiastic and positive attitude, along with the ability to
inspire and motivate. Work independently with minimal supervision
and be accountable for actions-Self Motivated. Work efficiently and
effectively under stressful situations. Organize work, set
priorities and delegate with proper follow-up. QualificationsTo

and/or Experience Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four year college
or university; or at least 5 years related experience and/or
training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual
should have knowledge of Marketing Software; Lead2Lease, Call
Source, Level One, Vaultware and Google Analytics, along with
Internet software; Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, Word
Processing, and Yardi software. Additional InformationPosition
