Summary

The Senior Solutions Product Manager will work closely with customers, partners and customer-facing teams to define, deliver and drive adoption of holistic solutions that power the future of work using Citrix Workspace. The successful candidate for this position will identify and prioritize Workspace use cases that solve challenges for today's knowledge worker, while bringing a customer-focused, data-driven mindset to the product development, positioning and delivery process.

Responsibilities
- Perform market validation of new products or features through direct interactions with customers and partners
- Assist multiple teams with product definition, prioritization and launch processes, including research, requirements validation, competitive analysis, and customer adoption
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Support, Design and Engineering to create, review and prioritize user stories that demonstrate portfolio-level customer value
- Partner with customer-facing teams to drive successful definition, deployment and adoption of new Workspace solutions. Partner with inbound product management and engineering teams to improve service relevancy and quality through planning, requirements definition, and customer-centric prioritization
- Assist product marketing managers with research projects and other marketing collateral, e.g. competitive analysis, market data collection, best practices and white papers
- Collaborate with the Sales and Support organizations for product-related escalations
- Understand the competitive landscape and market trends in existing or targeted business segments and drive prioritization of features to remain competitive
- Create, conduct and compile customer surveys and feedback campaigns. Act as a subject matter expert to help educate customers, partners and customer-facing teams

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, Computer Science or Engineering preferred
- 5+ years of experience in product, enablement, marketing, sales engineer or similar role
- Ability to document research findings and product requirements for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to strategic thinking and work hands-on
- Experience with customer or partner communication and relationship management
- Experience presenting to both internal and external audiences

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with delivery of software as a service (SaaS) is a plus
- Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus
