Marketing Manager Reports To: President Job Description: Manage all
social media, website, video crews etc. Review and manage all
analytics, communicating where necessary to the team and dealer
network Key Responsibilities: · Manage website sales of Parker
apparel. · Collaborate with staff to create catalogs, brochures,
POP and other sales support items. · Distribute press releases and
dealer communications as needed. · Create and maintain calendar of
events; advertising production calendars · Maintain industry
publications archive. · Manage and schedule photo shoots as needed.
· Fulfill dealer/sales manager with collateral requests and monitor
inventory; invoice dealers as appropriate. · Archive for
photography. · Maintain records of corporate and competitive ads
and article mentions. · Liaison for Dealer Intranet Marketing page.
· Provide additional support and conduct special projects as
needed. Skills and abilities for success in this position: · Strong

ability to work closely with all members of the organization ·

area of responsibility with minimal direct supervision · Regular
and punctual attendance. · Maintain a positive work atmosphere and
interaction with customers, co-workers, and management. · Ability
to handle emergency situations calmly. Knowledge, Education and or
Experience required: · Must be detail oriented. · Excellent
writing, proofreading and organizational skills · Ability to
interface with all levels of management · Excellent PC skills
including Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook · Familiarity
with internet and e-mail process. · Able to work independently or
as part of a team · Understanding basic office practices and
procedures. Physical Requirements: · Must be able to work in a
non-climate-controlled environment where ambient air temperature
can exceed outside air temperature occasionally. · Must be able to
bend at waist and knees and stand for extended periods of time. ·
Must be able to lift 25 pounds when necessary. · This is a safety
