If you are interested in working on multifaceted, high-profile, exciting projects in a great team environment - come and grow your career with us!Job Description:BIM Modeling and structural drawing preparation of concrete, structural steel, wood and masonry structures working both independently and part of an engineering team. Work on both local NC projects and our national portfolio.Education/Experience: --- Associates or Bachelors degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Engineer/Architecture Technology --- 3+ years' experience in BIM ModelingDuties: --- Creation of 3 dimensional structural BIM (building information models) --- Organization of contract document for design, permitting and construction --- Collaboration with full structural engineering design team --- Attend internal and external meetings with clients and affiliated design team members - owners, architects, mechanical engineers - etc.Skills/Qualifications: --- Knowledge of building fundamentals --- Experience with REVIT - 3D BIM modeling software. --- AutoCAD, Dynamo, Navisworks and other related packages a plus, but not required. --- Strong attention to detail --- Excellent verbal and written communications --- Great planning and organizational skills for our fast-paced environment --- Highly motivated, proactive and willing to take on new challengesTo apply for this position:Please send a cover letter and resume to employment@mcsal.com
