Engineering Manager, Privacy and Security

The Firefox team is a community of engineers who care deeply

the CTO team, you will help us make fundamental improvements to how
Firefox and the Web work, thus strengthening privacy and security
for hundreds of millions of users throughout the world.

What You'll Get To Do
- Build a world-class team that will design and deliver major
advances in the Web ecosystem, with a special focus on privacy and
- Collaborate with senior leadership, your peers, and key
- Grow your team and invest in the development of team
- Develop the roadmap, scope, and risks of your team's
What You Bring
- At least 6 years of overall relevant work experience in
software development with at least 2 years of people management
- The ability to successfully lead and ship high-profile software
- A capacity for taking the initiative in a loosely structured
environment to lead your team to success.
- Effective and persuasive written and oral communication
- Experience with industry standardization.
- Previous collaboration with strategic technical partners.
- A background in information security, privacy technologies, or
- Knowledge of the Web platform.
