Description:Official Description: Job Description --- Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible solutions to complex problems on the ServiceNow platform. --- Understands the strategic direction set by management as it relates to team goals. --- Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and collaborates with other team members. --- Primary upward interaction is with direct manager. May interact with peers and/or other management levels. --- Manages large to medium work efforts assigned --- Shall be able to manage multiple projects on Service Now Responsibilities Duties may include, but are not limited to: --- Perform software configuration and customization including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, custom scripting and third-party software integrations --- Obtain and analyze business requirements and document technical solutions --- Develop, design and rollout new application modules, workflows and catalog requests --- Research new functionality and recommend solutions that deliver customer valueSkills:servicenow, Catalog management, field service managementTop Skills Details:--- 3 years ServiceNow Development and integration experience, scripting, delegation of groups and tools management experience --- Administration of a ServiceNow instance including the delegation of groups, modification of CMS, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions --- ServiceNow process and automation skills within an Agile Scrum environment. --- FSM (Field Service Management) experience along with integrating Fulfillment request managementAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Skills and Abilities Required: --- Minimum 2-5 years--- experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of the ServiceNow tool --- Should have worked on Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST) --- Administration of a ServiceNow instance including the delegation of groups, modification of CMS, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions --- ServiceNow Experience should include scripting in ServiceNow, tool configuration, design work, technical configuration and deployment. Specifically, candidates shall possess the skill to develop on the ServiceNow platform including the creation and/or customization of the core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change and Service Catalog --- System/Process Automation (Orchestration) experience --- Experience with working or developing in any one of the following programming languages: JavaScript, Angular JS, Java, Python, HTML, XML --- Excellent communication skills --- Understanding of ITIL framework. --- Certified in ServiceNowExperience Level:Expert LevelAbout TEKsystems:We're partners in transformation.
