This ensures a variety of viewpoints are included in our project work, enhancing not only the culture in our offices around the world, but also improving the level of service we provide to our clients.ResponsibilitiesRoles and ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you'll:Manage, inspire, and support team members who work in multiple locations so that projects and their deliverables are completed on time, with fidelity, and within budget constraints.Delegate tasks to your team members while empowering them to make decisions and grow in their roles.Work through complex, dynamic challenges faced by district partners and your team.Provide performance management to your team, including exiting low performers when needed.Interview candidates when vacancies open and make hiring selections that build your team's capacity.Take ownership of team decisions to make impactful interventions for K-12 students.Facilitate tutors understanding of state learning standards and implementing instructional frameworks used by partner districts to develop and execute collaborative learning practices, observations, and feedback.Creatively innovate, think, and plan to reach successful outcomes while anticipating and preventing contingencies.Model lessons that employ best practices for instructional and behavioral strategies.Consistently analyze tutors' practice through ongoing classroom and/or virtual observations, data analysis, and examination of student work.Provide clear and direct feedback to tutors based on analysis of practice.Create and nurture effective, professional communication within the organization and with district stakeholders.Facilitate meetings on a regular basis to keep stakeholders and other key parties informed.Anticipate and respond to competing priorities to manage your time and your team's time efficiently.Comply with partner district policies as well as state and federal laws and regulations.?Complete other duties as required and assigned.QualificationsKnowledge and SkillsWe are looking for someone with the ability to demonstrate:Project management experience, particularly with large scale, complex program implementations.Superior oral and written communication skills.Prior teaching experience and knowledge of educational theory and lesson planning.Previous successes in coordinating educational programs.Building long?term relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.Share strategic leadership, vision, and guidance to UI's management team by providing industry. leading technologies and human capital development services.The ability to recognize risks and identify solutions.Experience creating and growing innovative programs.An ability to effectively engage school district executive leadership including superintendents, members of school boards, and cabinet?level decision makers.Effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, computer skills, time management and organizational skills.A positive, can?do attitude in tackling complex and persistent problems affecting schools and communities.A commitment to exceptional client and customer service.Credibility, especially as it relates to handling confidential information.Dedication to accomplishing goals and challenges presented by clients and UI management.The ability to move multiple engagements forward while working at a detailed level.The ability to interact with various levels of management in UI and clients.Following, critically evaluating, and improving upon current processes.Education and Work ExperienceAs a successful applicant, you must have a passion for advocating for and helping students succeed.
