The right paid search strategy doesn t plan itself, so that s why
we need you. You ll be a key member of North America Marketing s
Demand Center, a cross-segment team designed to maximize return on
marketing spend and efficiency and be responsible for getting
Lenovo to the next level as a brand in North America. We re already
the number one PC-manufacturer in the world, but we have a lot to
do to get there in one of the world s biggest PC markets. Your role
will have a direct impact in all phases of the customer journey,
from brand engagement through highly optimize and active
performance marketing. We re looking for someone who can oversee
the overall Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategy.
Lead the overall paid strategy of pay per click (PPC) accounts
(Google Ads, Bing Ads, Yahoo).
Define paid search program strategy to maximize effectiveness of
keyword acquisitions, audience management, analysis and
Plan budget allocations and adjust bid strategies to maximize
performance and efficiency.
Create keyword strategies with a product and destination focus
while efficiently driving to targeted segments.
Research and refine target keywords relevant to the company, brand
and product lines.
Lead campaign A/B testing strategies.
Work closely with eCommmerce team communicate campaign objectives,
timing and results.
Work collaboratively with search vendors, such as Google and Bing,
as well as technology providers.
Bachelor s degree in marketing, business or related field. MBA a
3-5 years of search experience in an agency or experience working
with a large brand.
Strong time and project management skills - with the ability to
handle multiple priorities.
Extensive experience plan and manage large and complex budgets.
Strong analytical skills with ability to communicate complex or
technical concepts to a non-technical business audience.
Background in feed background and optimization.
Strong background in Adobe Analytics and other reporting tools to
continually analyze, interpret and report on the performance.
Advanced Excel skills required.
