Job Description:

The specific responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Operations Leader include:

• Building and ensuring a cohesive strategy in project and product rollouts across channels with significant marketing spend across verticals
• Lead clients through new digital marketing and website development initiatives, including an expanded host of cross-vertical online applications.
• Ensures the right tools, technology and human resources across the entire funnel based on the projected and actual workload (creative, analytics, project management, developers).
• Oversees end to end planning and delivery for all projects from initial feasibility through to financial approval, design, delivery and completion within budget.
• Coach and manage the Digital Marketing Operations teams comprised of 3 major functions: Product Owners, Project Managers and Analysts. What you need to be successful --- Bachelor's degree (Marketing or Business Management) --- 5+ years of marketing experience (direct marketing experience preferred but not required) --- Prior experience in creating and executing digital marketing strategies a plus --- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills --- Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics --- Ability to analyze performance trends - draw insights based on data --- Strong communication skills - ability to work with junior to senior level executives --- Ability to navigate in fast paced environment --- Strong and effective decision-making skills --- Solution oriented; innovative - ability to solution marketing & sales challenges --- Management experience - ability to coach and develop junior members of team --- Leadership skills - ability to remain productive and focused during times of adversity --- Ability to ideate, strategize, vet and/or debate opportunities with marketing What we would LOVE to see! --- Experience in Consulting, Marketing, Sales or Call Centers Operation --- Paid media, Google Analytics, SEO, Digital Agency/Operations SME
