We are looking for a Strategy Lead to help the millions of Small Businesses that Meta works with every day to understand and leverage the powerful role creativity can play in helping people discover their products and services. You will help shape Creative Shops learning agenda around the specific creative barriers that Small Businesses have to develop more effective work, and lead the development of Creative Solutions that turn our learnings into creatively empowered and confident partners. Creative Solutions are (ideally proven) creative approaches that inspire and enable Metas partners to leverage the full creative potential of our platforms. These Solutions can come in any form that will be conducive to transforming how our partners build creative work that works. On this journey, you will combine a nuanced understanding of how Small Businesses create content and advertising for our platforms, with a deep experience in strategy and track record of transforming Small Businesses from the creative side. You will have experience developing creative work for Small Businesses, and on how to turn insights and learnings into scalable guidance and inspiration. You will have a deep understanding of mobile communication and a passion for innovating on emerging platforms and technologies that empower business owners to connect with their customers.   • Act as go-to-partner for our cross-functional partners in the Small Business Group.
  • Partner closely with Creative Shop leaders to define what creative challenges and opportunities we explore and learn more about, and which Creative Solution we need to develop for our Small Business partners.
  • Partner with our Creative Research to learn about SMBs creative barriers and how they can tap into the creative opportunities on our platforms.
  • Understand and align with our cross functional partners globally towards a broader vision for Small Business Creativity, and a tangible plan of Solutions we will develop.
  • Turn creative work, data and learnings into inspiring and empowering Creative Solutions.
  • Partner with our CS channel and content team and cross functional partners to turn Creative Solutions into industry transformation.
  • Partner with our channel and content team on aligning our efforts with cross functional partners, and generate excitement and resources behind our Creative Solutions across the company.Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:
  • Experience working with Small Businesses
  • Proven self-motivated, entrepreneurial in nature and experience working in fast paced, ambiguous situations
  • Experience in building creative clarity and structure in complex situations, and get partners behind a path forward
  • Proven track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner
  • 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Creative Strategy or Marketing Strategy with a focus on CreativePreferred Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven empathy and enthusiasm for conversion-driven businesses, from small to large
  • Experience communicating and packaging marketing material in PowerPoint and Keynote
  • Experience integrating the input and needs of complex sets of stakeholders into bold and powerful strategies that partners are rallying behind
  • Proven track record of deliberately transforming how companies operate by leveraging creativity to drive effectiveness and business impact
  • An interest in scalable, democratic creative innovation
  • Communication skills and storytelling capability
