What You Will Be Doing Within the marketing team, the Marketing Automation Manager has two key responsibilities: 1) manage marketing automation programs, including the design, build, execution, and optimization of customer and prospect campaigns; and 2) collaborate closely with members of the marketing team as a key strategic contributor to deliver highly effective lead generation, customer nurture, and demand generation SEO programs that improve ROI. This position will work with our small team to implement industry best practices in digital automation, allowing us to continuously reach and/or surpass mutually agreed-upon KPIs (KPIs). The job will use analytic data to establish programs and campaigns that nurture sales prospects and increase sales funnel velocity. Manage and effectively use HUBSPOT to execute campaigns Successfully develop, deploy, maintain, and optimize lead generation, demand generation, and customer nurture programs utilizing marketing automation software Demonstrate a solid understanding of B2B digital marketing, lead and demand generation Create landing pages, templates, and forms, among other things, to generate demand. Ensure the quality of marketing automation programs by testing and QAing them. Use A/B and multivariate testing on subject lines, creative, and text to enhance ROI over time. Be an expert and "power user" of our CRM and marketing automation systems. Create and manage program performance reports, as well as program tracking and analysis. Improve ABILITY's lead and demand generation marketing activities across all channels by following best practices and leveraging data and insights. Create and own an SEO strategy that promotes brand awareness and generates money through lead and demand creation via PPC, web traffic, social media, and email. Develop testing and optimization methods to consistently increase efficiencies, program performance, and competitive advantages by championing and leading on/off page SEO content marketing initiatives. Collaborate with key internal stakeholders, influencers, and the ABILITY Marketing Communications team to develop and polish compelling content for distribution across all channels using SEO and PPC strategies. Continuously enhance SEO by collecting and evaluating relevant organic traffic metrics, quantitative data, general insights, and best practices, and then applying analytical abilities to turn the information into actionable efforts. Use SEO best practices to improve and optimize content distribution and performance by selecting the optimum delivery channel for the job, including audience segmentation, formats, and testing. To improve content ranking in search engines, make sure it's optimized and relevant. Optimize keywords for organic and referral search traffic to improve organic page ranks " Create titles, meta titles, descriptions, and meta descriptions for pages and page content Calculate and report on the additional traffic and money generated by new SEO strategies. What You Need for this Position Working experience with an email marketing automation technology, preferably Hubspot, but other automation solutions such as Pardot, Marketo, and others are acceptable. 3 years of digital marketing experience and a bachelor's degree or comparable combination of education is necessary. Working knowledge of industry-standard data collection, tracking, and collaboration tools like Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Microsoft Excel, and the Office 365 Suite Certification in Google Analytics Technical SEO (tags, UI/UX), link building, social media, content marketing, and landing pages are all abilities that must be mastered.
