In this role, you will guide the NA demand generation program for our hybrid cloud infrastructure program. You will work closely with global demand generation marketing, field marketing, and digital marketing teams to ensure that our NA program is aligned with global and regional business objectives and priorities, including net-new customer acquisition, marketing pipeline, and booking targets. You'll need to be creative, highly organized, and digitally savvy with solid demand generation and integrated marketing program experience. You should also be familiar with the cloud infrastructure market. You'll need to have initiative and ability to take projects from strategy to implementation with high attention to detail coupled with innovative thinking. As a Senior Marketing Program Manager, you'll also need to have the ability to monitor and analyze program effectiveness and to continually adjust and optimize strategy and tactics to achieve key metrics, including marketing engagement and contribution to pipeline. Successful applicants must reside in a state where Red Hat is registered to do business. Primary job responsibilities
                • Collaborate cross-functionally with global and corporate marketing, digital demand, event, and field marketing teams to communicate plans and guide projects to completion
                • Serve as a hybrid cloud program team lead, supporting your teammates with strategic program guidance and mentorship
                • Create memorable, provocative, and engaging demand programs that will spark interest from our target audiences, i.e., IT decision makers and enterprise architects
                • Manage the development of various program deliverables, including emails, landing pages, direct mail, print, or digital ads, nurture campaigns, virtual events, and customer-facing content
                • Proven experience in launching always-on, multi-touch demand generation campaigns
                • Apply demand generation best practices and data and analytics to continually increase effectiveness of hybrid cloud marketing programs; optimize targeting and conversion rates across all aspects of the demand funnel
                • Continually evolve our programs to ensure growth in the market
                • Achieve goals within designated regional program budget
                • Ensure proper linkage of leads and opportunities to programs for accurate closed-loop reporting
                • Communicate marketing plans, program details, and performance metrics regularly to stakeholders Required skills
                  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field
                  • 7+ years of software industry B2B marketing experience, preferably in high-tech companies
                  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills; enjoying working in a fast-paced environment
                  • Excellent communication and and writing skills
                  • Keen understanding of personas-based marketing, customer targeting and segmentation, the buyer's journey, lead process, and funnel reporting
                  • Experience working with agencies for strategic media planning and buying, campaign development, and asset creation
                  • Positive attitude, initiative, and solid work ethic and organizational, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential
                  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to learn on the fly and demonstrate agility to get things done and make data-driven decisions
