Job Description:
Sodexo is seeking a dynamic and seasoned General Manager 4 to
oversee facilities and maintenance operations at a healthcare
facility. This role critically supports Sodexo’s mission to improve
the quality of life by managing daily operations with efficiency
and innovation. Our ideal candidate will ensure that the facility
is maintained to the highest standards, promoting a safe, secure,
and efficient environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
Responsibilities include strategic planning, financial management,
regulatory compliance, and leading a diverse team to exceed the
standards of service and performance. Develop and execute strategic
operations and maintenance plans in alignment with organizational
goals. Manage a comprehensive facilities team, leading efforts in
maintenance, cleanliness, and safety. Ensure compliance with health
and safety regulations and quality standards. Foster a culture of
continuous improvement, innovation, and cost-efficiency. Handle
budgeting, forecasting, and financial management to ensure
operational cost-effectiveness. Liaise with healthcare
administrators and staff to align facilities management with
patient care objectives. Conduct regular inspections and implement
necessary changes to the infrastructure to increase efficiency and
reliability. Strong leadership and team management skills Expertise
in health and safety regulations Proficient in facilities
management software Financial acumen and ability to manage budgets
Excellent problem-solving and strategic planning abilities Strong
