Job Number: 46723Billing SpecialistJob Description:Our client, the nation?s leading strategic advisory firm focused on driving business growth for employers of all sizes is looking for a Billing Specialist who will be responsible for generating and issuing invoices, resolve invoicing issues, and maintaining accurate system data.Responsibilities:

• Preparation and distribution of invoices
• Actively collaborate with the various offices at the Company to accurately generate invoices on a recurring basis
• Interact with customers to resolve outstanding invoicing issues
• Process electronic bank deposits as needed
• Process incoming mail concerning billing and invoicing
• Process incoming accounting/invoicing ticketed requests as needed
• Manage client account information to ensure accuracy
• Perform additional administrative duties as requested or assignedEducation Requirements:
  • A/BS in Accounting or BusinessDesired Background/Skills:
    • 3+ years of experienceQualifications:
      • Experience with Workday Projects and Project Billing software preferred
      • Advanced Excel knowledge
      • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment
      • High level of accuracy and attention to detail; able to look outside the box to see how items coordinate or link together
      • Ability to meet strict deadlines
      • Effective verbal and written communications
      • Demonstrated customer service orientation
      • Advanced mathematical and logical deduction skills
