Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Controller, the Bookkeeper will be responsible for the following:
--- Accounts Payable, Full Cycle
--- Credit Card Management and Reconciliation
--- Account Reconciliations
--- Assist with Month-End Closing and Reporting
--- Deposits
--- Budget Review
--- Insurance
--- Maintain Subcontractor related documents (W-9s, and COI)
--- 1099 Annual Filings

Ensure day-to-day tasks and special projects are carried out in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications:
This position requires the following:
--- QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
--- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
--- Strong organizational skills
--- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
--- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively handle multiple priorities
