Strong preference to candidates with software development background. 3. Good communication and coordination skills required to plan & deliver test solutions by interacting with global QA team, BA, PM and Dev teams. 4. Experience in building automation frameworks and solutions using UFT, Selenium and any script (python, shell scripts, etc) 5. Has good experience in QA process - Understanding requirements, writing test cases and test plans 6. Doing detailed testing - functional, regression, smoke, and performance - provided by Dice
