A leading Private Equity & Credit firm in Raleigh, NC with a track record of successful investments across multiple sectors is seeking an ambitious and analytical Associate to join the team. As a member of the investment team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside seasoned investment professionals and help identify and execute investment opportunities across a variety of sectors.Private Equity Associate Responsibilities:

Conduct research and financial analysis on potential investment opportunities
Build financial models and perform valuation analysis
Assist in the preparation of investment presentations and materials
Monitor existing portfolio companies and provide regular updates to the team
Stay current on industry trends and market developmentsPrivate Equity Associate Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or related field
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for investing and staying current on market trends
