Tax, Audit, Advisory or Consulting, join us at Dean Dorton where we are Innovating Together.What You'll Be DoingStrive to meet personal productivity goals assigned by the Firm and assist others to do the sameManage significant portions of client engagements including interaction with client management and/or provide advanced, specialized technical support to clientsExhibit ownership in the client's well being and identify opportunities to expand services to the client while exceeding expectations and adding value to the client relationship.Manage client work by effectively assigning, mentoring and developing other staff accountants as deemed appropriate on client engagementsMonitor and improve client profitability by using other team members and continuously improving the Firm's client managementCoach other team members and help develop skillsWhat We Are Looking For5-10 years of accounting work experienceExperience in public accounting, preferably working with multiple engagements simultaneously in a fast paced environmentA drive to succeed with a strong interest in providing exceptional services to our clientsA CPA license, or willingness to obtain within 1st year of employmentThe Fun StuffWork isn't all work!
