The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of billing and accounts payable processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in law firm billing, 3E Elite, and Law Firm Accounting. If you have a passion for numbers and an eye for detail, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Prepare and submit invoices to clients accurately and timelyReview and analyze billing reports to ensure accuracy of all billing entriesCommunicate with clients to resolve any billing disputes or discrepanciesProcess accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payments to vendorsMaintain accurate billing and accounts payable recordsAssist with month-end and year-end closing processesCollaborate with other team members to improve billing and accounts payable processesProvide support to attorneys and staff with billing and accounts payable inquiriesQualifications:2+ years of experience in law firm billing, 3E Elite, and Law Firm AccountingStrong understanding of accounting principles and practicesExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectivelyStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsIf you are looking for a challenging and rewarding career in the legal industry, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
