We offer business owners an all-in-one software system, which handles scheduling, invoicing, and customer service responsibilities. Our software helps thousands of contractors and field service entrepreneurs build highly profitable businesses - with less stress, and better control over their growth.We are looking for a dynamic Financial Analyst II with strong analytical abilities to join our team. This person will provide analysis, planning, and decision support coverage to business stakeholders with a focus on establishing and executing best practices in financial modeling during strategic planning, forecasting & budgeting, and M&A activities. They will also partner closely with the business to identify and operationalize the tracking of key SaaS financial metrics, analyze and provide visibility into current performance against those metrics and provide financial analysis on future growth opportunities.We are looking for someone who can also provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve the financial performance of a company as well as be able to explain complex financial subjects to non-financial staff members in special projects.

• Develop/Prepare detailed budget and forecast models to drive high-quality decision-making and closely monitor business performance
• Analyze trends in the business each month (monthly variance analysis of actuals, budgets, and forecasts) and produce detailed reporting for senior management highlighting key trends
• Calculate & Process monthly/quarterly Sales Commissions
• Continuously improve the reporting processes with a focus on simplification and increased insight
• Proactively develop new approaches to assess the health and strategy of the business.
• Participate and/or lead team-wide projects including financial modeling, ad hoc analysis, and delivery of automated solutions for reporting
• Develop and deliver high-quality presentations for senior management
• Provide support to our billing team and assist in creating improved billing processesQualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or similar business role
  • Bachelor's Degree, preference for Accounting/Finance, Business or Information Technology
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; advanced/expert skills in Excel required, experience in BI tools a plus
  • Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate and present ideas in written presentations and orally to internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience with financial modeling and interpreting financial statements is required
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Persistent, organized, and highly motivated
