Job Description:
Overview: This position performs administrative processing for
the Credit Resolution group of the Bank. Provides support to
collections, foreclosure, bankruptcy, loss mitigation and recovery
by sourcing necessary information. Prepares, reviews, and processes
documentation relating to defaulted loans. Maintains crucial files,
databases, and records utilized by the department. Handles
administrative tasks such as invoicing and correspondence to
facilitate business functions for other associates and management,
and third-party vendors as needed. This position is considered the
first line of defense and expected to maintain a high level of
attention to detail, analyze facts, and make sound decisions in
order to mitigate risks to the Bank. Responsibilities:
