The position of Herons Assistant Manager is to further ensure the integrity of quality standards set by Food and Beverage management. The Assistant Manager will supervise Herons service staff with the primary focus on the satisfaction of our guests. This position is to further support management with training of Herons Dining Table Service and to be the Restaurant Manager while the restaurants primary management is off property. Additional responsibilities may consist of assisting the Bar and Lounge or In Room Dining Departments. This position's salary would be between $55,000-$56,000 with a 10% annual bonus.#UHSSJJob Requirements:Continually assist management with inspection of daily set up of the dining room. Hardwares, Fixtures and Service items being inspected on a daily basis.Assist the Restaurant Manager with inspection of assigned opening side work and closing side at the beginning and end of shifts respectively.Assist the service staff with organizing their discussion agenda to be presented at Herons PM monthly department meeting.Motivate service team in a positive constructive matter to excel.Teach and give proper examples of the Hotels Values.by Jobble
