Representative for Samsung Electronics America (SEA)!2020 Companies
has partnered with Samsung Electronics America to hire tech-savvy
Marketing Representatives. This full-time role will be responsible
for driving store compliance, sales, and maximizing retail success
at a designated Samsung location. The role will build brand and
product awareness and advocacy with both retail sales personnel and
consumers. Through merchandising, training, and consumer-facing
activities, the Marketing Representative will be accountable for
driving product awareness, sales, and improving the consumer
journey within the assigned territory.Day-in-the-Life as a Samsung
Marketing Representative:Typically work Tuesday-Saturday, but
schedule will change based on needs of businessFlexibility needed
to work weekdays and weekends to accommodate retail partnerships,
as neededEnsure Samsungs retail brand standards are maintained by
regularly inspecting all Samsung branded displays and marketing
materialsTake action to assist store leadership in ensuring proper
product placement, flooring, and merchandising (VMD, POP, Digital,
Display, Golden Zones, etc.)Through one-to-one and group meetings
ensure all retailer sales personnel are highly knowledgeable on the
unique selling points of Samsung devicesCommunicate current
promotions and bundles to team members, and certify comprehension
of active and upcoming promotionsMaintain a positive and
professional relationship with store management, within the
assigned territoryReport on store and program needs through daily
reporting, and ensure any needs of the store are escalated back to
Field Operations or National Manager.Operate/View a video display
terminal 50% of work time, including prolonged periodsMovement and
transportation of equipment, most of the time under 25
poundsPerforms work under time schedules and stresses which are
normally periodic or cyclical, including time-sensitive job stress,
fatigue, intellectual challenge, constant technical data feedback,

Assistance ProgramRetail Store Collaboration:Collaborate with the
Retail Store Manager to engage, develop, and assist a
high-performing team.Ensure the store remains in compliance with
Samsung standards.Assist the Store Manager in inefficient store
operations, including inventory, collaterals, DEMO, and POS
management.Sales Floor Activities:Engage in consultative selling
and services during retail hours.Greet customers, understand their
needs, and provide an overview of available options.Coach sales
representatives to enhance sales and customer experience
skills.Floor Maintenance:Ensure a clear, organized, and clean sales
floor, with updated displays and promotional materials.Oversee the
proper setup and adherence to brand guidelines for displays,
promotional materials, POP, VMD, and Digital.Ensure the proper
upkeep and cleaning of Samsung products and displays.Product &
Promotion Knowledge:Stay updated on Samsung products, promotions,
and technology standards.Attend necessary training
sessions.Communicate current promotions and bundles to team members
and ensure correct application on products.Check for proper
application of guidelines per category/product.Reporting & Data
Management:Provide daily reporting on store and program
needs.Responsible for the correct data reporting and uploading from
assigned stores.Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong
relationships with the Store leadership team, Field Operations, and
National Manager.Collect and report feedback on consumer behavior
and trendsJob Description:Drive sales productivity through high
quality, end-to-end direct salesDeliver and communicate key
promotional and product launch materialsSchedule and participate in
direct sales and demonstration eventsCreate consumer awareness and
product brand preference at the retail store level though training,
assisted sales and merchandisingBuild and maintain brand presence
through increased shelf space and product placementEffectively
assess and communicate on-site needs such as marketing material and
promotional collateral, etc.Educate customers and retail associates
and make product recommendationsEffectively train retail associates
to conduct quality sales presentations and customer
demonstrationsBuild effective professional relationships on behalf
of 2020 and client at both the store and customer levelMeet or
exceed personal sales productivity goals and key metrics on a
monthly basisAdvise customers by providing information and qualify
on products and servicesAccurately document and report sales,
schedules, activities and best practicesResponsible for accurately
tracking and communicating all activity to program management
and/or Retail Operations as appropriateResponsible for submitting
all paperwork completely and accuratelyPerformance
Measurements:Visit one or multiple store locations on a daily and
weekly basis based on route and territoryEffectively demonstrate an
on-going ability to establish, maintain and influence business
relationships through increased shelf space, product placement and
consistent productivityRecord and maintain appropriate
documentation for each location visitQualifications:Bachelor's
Degree preferred; minimum 2-years of higher-education required3+
years previous territory sales experience within Retail with a
strong emphasis in the areas of product training and
demonstrations, retail concepts, merchandising and display
assembly.Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation
and interpersonal skillsAbility to stage a consultative selling
process that overcomes objections and connects with customer
needsAbility to perform independently in an unstructured work
environmentMust have and maintain reliable transportation and
state-required minimum liability automobile insurance coverageDaily
