Role: The Team: The Operations & Program Management team provides
Market Intelligence division with program management resources and
expertise necessary to deliver on strategic priorities, grow
efficiently and optimize stakeholder experience. We aim to
accelerate and increase the impact of cross-business initiatives.
Our core activities include operational transformation, commercial
and growth initiatives and program governance. The Commercial
Initiatives team is looking for an adaptable and innovative
professional who can independently drive key activities critical to
supporting our key strategic initiatives. Responsibilities and
Impact: Your program management skills and ability to establish
relationships across the organization will support our team's goal
of strengthening alignment between our strategy and execution,
creating value for our customers. Your primary role is to support
our commercial initiatives by acting as as a strategic partner,
focusing on E2E program management, collaboration and communication
aligned within our planning and execution practices. Some of your
areas of ownership will include:
- Lead programs through every stage of their lifecycle, from
initiation, scope definition, design, planning, resource allocation
and acceptance
- Identify and partner with key external stakeholders to identify
key value drivers and achievable success criteria
- Working to the scope defined in a statement of work, with a
need for transparent change management
- Collaborate with MI stakeholders to ensure that the design and
plans deliver to the program priorities
- Proactively identify risks, establish ownership, and agree
appropriate mitigating actions for key project risks

states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is
$61,846 to $110,130. Final base salary for this role will be based
on the individual's geographic location, as well as experience
level, skill set, training, licenses, and certifications. In
addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual

For: Basic Required Qualifications: The MI Operations team supports
integral business operations across the Division including
integration management. We are looking for someone who can -
- Partner with business line leadership to ensure roadmaps and
prioritized work supports both divisional and corporate
strategy
- Provide transparency around the commercial deliverables
progress, financial returns, and spend
- Facilitate cross-business lines and divisional
dependencies
- Drive creation of OKRs, health monitoring and transparency, and
propose corrective actions as needed
- Emotional intelligence, level-headed partner, skilled listener,
clear communicator, and commitment to detail
- Effectively navigate through changes Additional Preferred
Qualifications:
- Demonstrable experience in facilitating, leading, influencing,
and managing within large-scale, globally distributed
organizations
- Comfortable with a constantly evolving and sometimes ambiguous
landscape; commitment to flexibility and an ability to operate with
minimal direction
- Commitment to creating strong relationships and fostering an
environment of teamwork to support the division's goals
- Minimum of 2-7 years of related work experience, preferably in
